MitiGate is a cooperative risk management tabletop strategy game for 2-4 players. The game presents players with risks that they must mitigate with limited resources. You win together if you manage to survive until the end of the project. You lose together if the degradation of any project objectives exceeds 25% of its baseline.
Players will learn general risk management methodology. More specifically, qualitative risk analysis, risk categories, risk response strategies, risk and countermeasure examples and their impact on project objectives. This game can also develop soft skills like discussion, and negotiation.
